| Empty
P.V.C. pouches are being produced without touching
the inner passage of the pouch. No passage is open
& therefore there is no scope for any particulate
matter to migrate inside the pouch during the transit
period/ storge. i.e. Till it reaches the white area
of I.V. Fluids Manufacturing unit. |
 |
Process
recommended for the filling and sealing
of "Jaya" P.V.C. pouch |
|
| Open
the cap & place the open mouth in the filling
machine nozzle. Outer diameter of the nozzle should
be tapered, so that the mouth of the pouch gets
grip to make it air tight and thus avoids any chance
of overflow of solution during filling. |
 |
| Remove
filled pouch from the filling nozzle & close
the mouth by plugging the cap, now one can shift
the pouches in any manner without any seepage of
solution. |
|
| Place
the polycarbonate (hollow) nozzle inside the P.V.C.
cap and press it with the help of mechanical hand
press, till it gets into the seater created on the
cap now it is completely air tight and there is
no micro air passage to the solution. |
 |
| The
innovative design of 'Jaya' PVC Pouch eliminates
components made out of other materials except Non-Toxic
P.V.C. Thus, guarantees complete elimination of
contamination. |
 |
| Finally
- The Dimensional Engineering has taken care, in
the design of the Cap to facilitate easy pricking
and avoid any chance of Seepage / Leakage of Solution. |
| Double
Port I.V. Pouch for Additional Injectable |
|
| Remove
the cap for injecting additional medicine. |
 |
| Composition
made to improve elasticity of the materials - so
that one can easily insert the needle in right direction.
Once the needle is withdrawn, elasticity of the
materials closes the hole. |
 |
Again
one can re-fix the cap to block the air passage
and thus the air is locked inside the cap and prevents
any possibility of solution seepages through the
needle hole
(if at all). |
